A Pennsylvania women known as Jihad Jane has tried to connect with the Jihad and perform terrorist acts. One such act was to kill a Swedish citizen very cruely and in such an inhumane way that the world may be frightened. She has since been arrested and is now in prison, but trial still stands. There is already debate of how terrorists should be tried that are from foreign countries. Now a debate will start inside the country. Should this woman recieve a U.S. Citizen trial, or a Military Tribunal?
In my opinion, I believe that the lady, Jihad Jane should be tried without a doubt. How she should be tried is the question. With evidence that supports what she was doing, connecting with terrorists and the Jihad should mean a military tribunal. The punishments and consequences should be much harsher than that of the citizens court.
